We are now in the BUILD OUT PHASE. What doe this mean? Well, it means that we now need to learn what and how you would like your product or service marketed and presented.
If you need help with developing your content for your new funnel, we have created a quick word doc that you can DOWNLOAD HERE to help you. Fill this sheet in to the best of your ability, and then upload using the form on this page.
What we will also need from you is:
- Your Logo – We need a great copy of your logo. If you can supply it in an AI/EPS/Tiff format that would be best. But a PNG format would work most times as well
- Marketing Material – Any recent flyers or ads you have created
- Content – We will build out your Landing Page for you as well as some ads and headers to get you off to a great start. So we need you to sit down and write out what you would like your page(s) to say. You can give us direction on upsells and side-sells as well. However, the WHAT is very important to us at this point and will speed up your buildout process
- Images – We will need images of your product or service. The more you can supply, the faster and better your buildout will occur
- Audience– We need to know who you are wanting to target and where. please add this in the description for your page or on the form on this page.
- Anything Else– This is your page and company. The more you give to us and tell us, the better we will align with your final expectations.
- Biz-App 247 Onboard call – After we receive your information and build out your Funnell for you we will set up your Onboard call –
As soon as you signed up for your CRM, you should have been sent your login credentials to your CRM system. We ask that you login right away so you can start to get familiar with it and all the amazing tools and features this has to offer.
We also request that you watch our Get Started Videos and click around and get to know the dashboard a bit. When we meet we will need to set up your new Phone number and your new domain name for email as well as your Google Calendar and your Google My Business Connection ( If you have one)
- Video- If you have a video(s) you would like to use, please let us know and we can assist with this. Video is recommended and the more you have that helps to sell your company solution, the better your campaigns can perform. Generally, videos under 1 minute are best. Can you do your own for your home page? YES. INDEED!!! We LOVE seeing our owners personalize their sites with videos from them. This is not a mandate, but it sure does help with results.
- Anything Else? If you have other items that you would like to share, please do so. We are here to make your business look and communicate better than ever before. So just let us know if we missed anything or forgot to mention something.
